 Joe's Pizza is family-owned and operated serving Paris patrons for over 50 years. Joe's is famous for its authentic Italian pizza and cuisine prepared using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Our mission is: Building Bonds Over Food Prepared by our Family for Yours.  

Joe and Pia Vitale founded Joe's Pizza in 1973. In 1986, the four Vitale children took over operations while continuing to use their parents' secret family recipes. Later, the Vitale family expanded operations by opening a second restaurant in Shelbyville, Illinois. In 2017, a third restaurant was opened in Tuscola, Illinois. While the Shelbyville retaurant is no longer owned by the Vitales' the families continue to operate the Paris and Tuscola locations.
